When thinking about buying a house everyone said that the mortgage process would be the worst. Honestly Eric and his team made this process as smooth and stress free as possible!! Working with Dave was an absolute pleasure. As a first time home buyer, the process was a bit intimidating. Dave made sure that I was fully informed of every step of the process. I was able to get in touch with him anytime I needed, and then ask surging market meant practically all hours of the night.
