Helped throughout process. Explained papers as needed and as questions arose. Called and answered various questions moving forward. Responded to emails and phone calls throughout initial qualification to closing.
As a first time homebuyer, no amount of googling and youtube can really prepare you for the home buying process. There's always some surprise waiting for you. Sharif, made the process so much easier.
