I was told in the beginning to just use banks like credit union and what not. Spent 3 months of frustrations and failed promises by the bank. I spoke to Jeff really earlier in the process but decided the bank was a safer bet. After the 3 months I decided to cancel everything with them, started the process with Jeff again. He walked me through every process and was always there to pick up my calls. In 2 and a half months I went from new app to new homeowner.
