Nick made my home buying process less stressful by being so patient and knowledgeable. We started working together in 2020 but due to the extremely high demand for homes I told him I needed a break. Nick was very understanding and when I was ready to start looking again he was ready to help me secure a loan.
This was about a year long process since it was a new construction. Matthew was referred to me by my brother in NY since he was in the process of purchasing as well. After my initial introduction to Matthew, I felt that he was the right choice because he was extremely professional and transparent. The pre-approval process was seamless. Nick was a great pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. The communication was beyond exceptional which is the most important part. If I went with the initial lender (remain anonymous), I will still be looking. Although there were some bumps that arised beyond anyone's control, Nick had solutions which made this process extrememly seemless. Could not be better than that.
