As a busy business owner it has always been incredibly difficult for me to deal w/ obtaining a mortgage. There are soo many obstacles that always appear during the process. Joe and his team made the process seamless. Everything was incredibly easy and there were no surprises throughout. I have never seen a mortgage company work like them. He offered the best loan rate and terms and his team delivered an experience with the loan application, underwriting, and closing that made us comfortable throughout the process. Kara was a true pleasure to work with. As a first time homebuyer, my boyfriend and I were not familiar with the home buying process. When Kara was recommended to us right away we knew why. She works hard to make sure you get exactly what you need out of your loan. She was so diligent and helpful in answering all of our questions. She was time efficient and would answer texts or emails after hours just to keep us informed and the process moving along. Absolute pleasure to work with that I will be recommending to many others!
