Sergio was very thorough and helped explained to me each part of the process. He answered all my questions and concerns in a very timely manner. He helped lock me in at low interest rate and saved me money on my closing costs. I would highly recommend using Sergio as your mortgage broker.
Mike is AMAZING! As a first time home buyer he was so patient with us and explained everything to us very thoroughly. Mike really made the whole process veasy because he kept us in the loop every step of the way. He is so thorough and prompt. In fact, he got us the clear to close within 30 days! This was my second-time working w/ Brian; first time was a mortgage and second time a refi. As I wrote in my previous review, the brick and mortar bank process for a loan is just so cumbersome and cold. Brian is the opposite. He makes the work easy, requests only half the documentation and can provide an easy, plain spoken explanation of why and what we need at each juncture. Mark was great ar helping us refinance our property into a lower apr saving us a ton of money every month, before reaching out to him I was dealing directly with Our current bank and the communication clarity and speediness by Mark and his team was significantly better and faster then that of the wells fargo agent!!!
