I’m extremely grateful to have worked with Sergio. He always kept in touch and answered any questions I had in a timely matter. My husband and I are so happy he was able to lower our interest rate and closing costs . We Highly recommend him to every and anyone ....Sergio is a pleasure to work with and I will continue to work with him with any future mortgages we may have .

This was my second-time working w/ Brian; first time was a mortgage and second time a refi. As I wrote in my previous review, the brick and mortar bank process for a loan is just so cumbersome and cold. Brian is the opposite. He makes the work easy, requests only half the documentation and can provide an easy, plain spoken explanation of why and what we need at each juncture. Unlike a brick and mortar bank loan officer, he's available when you need him (not just 9-5). I highly recommend Brian for all seeking a mortgage or a ... read more

I had the pleasure of being introduced to Mr. Reizis and the winter of 2020. Their office offered one stop shopping for all of my mortgage needs. When I had hiccups they helped to smooth the way and made the process as pain free as possible. They got me approved and ready for closing in record time. I will definitely refer others to them and I will definitely use them again, should the need arise. THANK YOU JOE AND TEAM!!!

Mark was great ar helping us refinance our property into a lower apr saving us a ton of money every month, before reaching out to him I was dealing directly with Our current bank and the communication clarity and speediness by Mark and his team was significantly better and faster then that of the wells fargo agent!!! Thank you for the professionalism and precision in getting everything we needed done .

My wife and I worked with Joe Rezis from Contour Mortgage. Joe and his team were great he was always available to answer any questions we had and break it all down for us to where we understood and felt comfortable. We had a great experience with Joe and Contour. We will definitely work with him again in the future and have already recommended him to friends and family

Worked for joe purchasing my first house in 2019 and then again in 2021 for a refi for a better rate. The first time Joe was referred to us by a seller when our last mortgage broker screwed us literally at the closing table and joe came in and saved the day in like less than two weeks. Then he called me in 2020 like “hey the rates are going down, do you want to refi for a better rate?” And even though I wasn’t ready at that time I appreciate him looking out for me Bc I knew the rates were going down re: Covid.
