Worked with Joseph at Contour on my original mortgage years ago, as well as refinancing recently. Can't recommend him enough. I am no expert at this, and he took a great amount of time to education me on the topic. He was able to break things down for me in simple, easy to understand ways with all of the pros/cons of each option. Also, he was very timely in responses. My closing was on a Monday morning, and had some concerns on Sunday night. He reached out to me immediately after I emailed him.
Sal's been helping us with mortgages for years. He helped both my siblings with their mortgages and refinances over the past ~10 years, so when the time came for my first home purchase there was no one else we would imagine calling. He made a new and intimidating chapter in my life so much simpler and was always willing to answer all the questions I had and offer advice. He knows his stuff and will stay ontop of your application and all the moving parts. I would highly recommend his services.

Look no further. I compared 5 lenders and Igor exceeded all expectations. Rates are similar everywhere but Igor stood out as being the easiest to work with and most responsive. He doesn't leave you hanging and will try to make the mortgage experience as seamless as possible.
