Jesse was a good communicator, and took time to explain the mortgage lending process to us. He was quick to respond to phone calls and email. Our closing costs were nearly identical to what he predicted, which was great. A lot of things about buying a home were complicated by the pandemic, but the mortgage process went smoothly.
Bob Flanigan and Contour have done exactly what they said they would do. I refinanced my mortgage to eliminate my credit card debt. I attempted to do this with the prior mortgage holder and was denied the opportunity to regain financial control six months earlier. I highly recommend Bob, Shane and Laura! The dream team that allowed me to get back to a good nights sleep and end the worry of high interest credit card debt!!! Thanks to you Bob and Contour!!!

Sal was easy to work with. He took the goals my family had and offered us options and well thought out suggestions. With a less than stellar credit score, we weren't sure what to expect. We paid off debt and have a lower monthly payment at a shorter term. Needless to say, this is huge benefit for us. Sal obviously has lots of experience and was extremely timely following up on details. We 100% recommend and will use again. (He also got us a better deal on homeowners insurance!)
We were first time buyers and didn’t really know anything about buying our first home. Jesse walked us through every step of the process and was there to answer all of our questions. He made us feel completely comfortable by explaining how the process works and fully preparing us. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home (especially first time buyers).
