Ellen was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable during our first home-buying process during the COVID pandemic. He was patient in answering any questions we had no matter how many questions or how many times we asked the same question. Matthew was extremely knowledgeable and more then willing to take the time to explain the entire refi process with me. He spent extra time on the phone with me going over numbers for all potential situations. His use of technology to all for fast electronic document submission was extremely helpful as I lived in another state from his office.
