As a result of past experiences, I grew to despise mortgage brokers. The ones I’ve met in the past proved to be incompetent salespeople who are only good at over promising and under delivering. Then I met Eric Braun, whose industry knowledge and professionalism gave me a sigh of relief. I’ve worked with Eric on 2 mortgages and plan on working with him on all deals going forward.
