We used Eric Reizis for our mortgage on a bank-owned property. Honestly, the miracles Eric pulled to ensure our deal went through, even in the 11th hour, were nothing short of amazing. He was an advocate for us throughout the entire process and we know that if we used anyone else this deal would not have closed on time. Eric is knowledgeable and meticulous with attention to detail. Eric was a vital asset to my home purchase. He guided me every step of the way and proactively requested necessary documents and guided me through areas in which I was not properly informed of. Jeff and his team are absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond their job to ensure the easiest process they can. For someone like myself who is ignorant when it comes to this whole process, they made me very comfortable and i was able to understand everything. He will fight tooth and nail to get you the best possible rate he can. I will be recommending him to everyone i know and i will never look or go anywhere else for any furture needs. Do not waste your time with anyone else!!

Eric was great to work with. He provided concise options and recommendations making the process less stressful and most valuable. Eric was on top of all the underwriting requirements with timely follow up on pending items. The process was enjoyable and I felt very good on the outcome.
