This review is way overdue. Our process started with a simple question on Aug 6, 2019. That question turned into us becoming homeowners as of Nov 15, 2019. He told us everything we needed to do to make it happen and we did. We are proof of that. Alot had to get done in a short time for us to become homeowner. We guided us from beginning to end. When Matt told us he was available to us anyday anytime he meant it. Numerous Sat and Sun I called after 7pm and ALWAYS took our calls and listened to our concerns. Always had a game ... read more

He kept me in the loop with the progression and status of my mortgage. I did not have to wonder what was happening at any time with the mortgage. I was introduced to Dan when we ran into some major issues with our previous mortgage broker and were in jeopardy of losing our dream home. Dan was very diligent in righting the ship and delivering on his promise during our first conversation, which was to get us our home. If you are buying a house you must use Tara Sacco from Contour Mortage. Tara walked me through the entire process step by step with a smile. I had many issues trying to buy my house and she was always there for me. She returned every call and email promptly even when she wasn’t on the clock. I don’t know what I would have done without her. She treated me like I was an old friend. Tara even came to the closing when she didn’t have to. Tara is the best.
