I had the privilege of having David Ferrell as my mortgage lender and can say he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, someone you truly want in your corner as potentially your greatest weapon in the home buying process! He’s always there to help and makes sure you never have any doubts or questions for long throughout the entire thing. We had several hiccups throughout the process but none were any of David’s fault and he worked quickly to get things resolved and figured out, can’t recommend enough!!
