The idea of buying a place of my own was just thay; an idea. Then along cane Timothy Higgins. I heard nightmare stories from friends and family about agents and lenders being the reasons why they lost their dream homes. For me it was the completely opposite. In an environment of seedy, scuzz filled brokers/lenders, sometimes, you have the luck to find a diamond in the rough, Eric Braun was that diamond. With a very relateable personality, he didn’t only deliver on his “bedside manner,” but the numbers were just simply better than anyone else we were working with.
