We were in a bad situation with home owners selling houses. We used to rent and within 2 years two landlords decided to sell because of the increased housing market. We had to buy or move again for a third time in 2 years. Justin had us send him our documents and ended up telling us he can get us in a house when we didn't think it was possible yet. I just closed on my first home... i used abe as my mortgage broker. I was definitely nervous going into it... but working with abe made Me feel confident and ready. He explained everything clearly and always picked up the phone when i needed him.
