Wow...what can I say about Mr. Marchioli other than he is great! He was extremely patient and transparent which can be difficult to get in this business. Although my mortgage lending needs were typical, 30-year conventional loan, Tom also specializes in rehab type loans as well; which for a short time my wife and I were considering. Bottom line, if you want the best rates, mortgage options, and overall great personal experience, Tom is your guy! Abraham went above and beyond in everything thing he did. Everything he said happened and he didn’t miss a thing. He was by far the best I have worked with and wouldn’t use anyone else. His knowledge for what he does is like no other. Best rate around, the process was so quick and easy.
