I was having such a terrible time getting approved and Chris walked me through step by step what I needed to do and all the money I would need to make settlement on a home. I am a single mother and take care of my disabled mother. I don’t have a ton of money or the best credit but I just needed someone to help me out. Chris was that guy. As a first-time homebuyer, I was pretty clueless about what it actually takes to secure a mortgage loan. Brian was incredibly helpful throughout the process and took the time to explain not only what information I needed to provide, but why it was needed. He was patient and not at all pushy, and kept things moving along so that we were able to close in less than 30 days.
