One word...Trustworthy. We had him come over today because our AC doesn't cool as much as our old one used to. He told us there wasn't a problem. We appreciate his honest answer. He could have easily had us pay for any range of "repairs". We will definitely call him if we ever have an issue and highly recommend this company to others.
