RecommendedI had four roofing companies bid on roofing our ranch home. All four bids came in within $100 of the others. The Colley bid ( developed by Troy) stood out since the offered higher end components used in their roofing system. We had them replace our roof and I am very pleased with the installation job. Tracy Cooley served as the project manager. Tracey looked out for us in many tiny but important aspects. I recommend Cooley Roofing enthusiastically.

RecommendedCooley Roofing recently replaced all of our gutters and downspouts as well as the wood soffits and fascia. We opted for gutter guards to stop the leaves and debris from entering the gutters and clogging the downspouts. We are happy with how it looks. I was also impressed at how quickly Troy Cooley come out and give us an estimate. Just one more step in making the outside of our home maintenance free.

RecommendedTroy and his company were outstanding! We needed a new roof for the house we were trying to sell. He thoroughly explained everything to us prior to getting started, including possible challenges we could run into with an older home/roof. During the re-roofing process Troy was sure to quality check his crew's work during and after the project. He even did some touch-up work himself. A fast and reliable company, great man, and great family!
