Actually the reason I used Cooling Texas and never called anyone else was my first encounter with Bill. I walked away with a feeling of calm and was positive we weren't being sold something we didn't need. Our service tech was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. That said I'm not sure how I feel at this point. I'm a little torn. I know little about this industry other than it's usually costly....

Cooling Texas never came back and picked up the old compressor that they replaced, so it is still sitting in my back yard. Plus, even after several requests I never got a detailed invoice, just a summary page and a repeated request for payment. I finally just paid it.
