when I set up my program I was told I could get a refund if necessary I bought 12. Was told I could get the rest of my program back if needed. Health issues. After 6 sessions - Now they tell me there is an ABSOLUTE policy of NO refunds on the rest of my program. Be afraid BE VERY AFRAID of what they tell you. I will never go there again
