We met with Ted Brown three different times as we worked on updating our individual estate plans and wills. Ted is well versed in Elder Care Law and was very helpful. The fee was very reasonable.We have also met with Becca to review and complete our tax return preparation. Becca Cole is well informed in Elder Care tax laws and was very helpful in preparation of our tax returns. My family and I were initially very pleased with the care and service provided by this firm. Recently it has come to our attention that some of the legal processing of the estate was not completed correctly. They have promised corrective action on multiple occasions to meet an impending deadline, but have failed to deliver. This just does not seem to be the same efficient firm we brought our business to years ago.

I have had a very unfortunate experience with this firm. My uncle has been a client of the firm for almost 20 years. He is in the process of getting his trust and other financial documents updated. When I made an appointment for him to do this, he was assigned to a very junior associate. This associate was rude, as well as incompetent. I have complained about this associate twice, and neither time have I received an apology or even an acknowledgement of the problem from the senior partners.
