Our firm has over 30 years experience dealing exclusively with estate planning and elder law. We do not do divorces, bankruptcy, or criminal work. Our team of 9 attorneys and over 35 staff members are dedicated to elder law and estate planning. We are one of only two law firms in Ohio that has three attorneys who are dually certified* by the National Elder Law Foundation as Certified Elder Law Attorneys (CELAs) and by the Ohio State Bar Association as Specialists in the Area of Elder Law.

We attended one of their estate planning workshops and decided to go with a trust. Our experience was great!! Everything went smooth and Courtenay is awesome. She is very knowledgeable, patient and so easy to work with.
Ted was a patient, knowledgeable leader in the Trust process for us. This uncharted ground for us was made much easier with his guidance. The entire office staff was helpful and friendly.
The thought of Estate Planning seemed overwhelming until we attended one of their workshops. All of our questions were answered and we knew that a Trust would be best for us. Attorney Brown and Courtney Hart from the Chillicothe office were the best. They were knowledgeable, polite and kind through the process of creating a Trust that honored our wishes. We feel relieved to know that it is done and regret not doing it sooner.
Very professional team! They are extremely knowledgeable concerning elder law. Took the time to get to know us and our situation. They answered all our questions and some we never thought to ask. Provided several options to fit our needs and explained the pros and cons of each. We highly recommend TAV for anyone considering a family trust.
