As always, i was impressed with the care I received from staff members. This law office treats everyone with such dignity. Dylan Bateman was patient, organized, and made me feel very comfortable. Every experience I have had with this law firm has been wonderful.

Poor customers service on hold for over 5 minutes each time I called. Tried to get answers to if paper work done. Had to call multiple times without a true answer. At visit I gave Samuel my sons address because he was leaving the country after three weeks still not done. Was promised today .
