Mitch Adel was great in his overall presentation on estate planning. David Cairns was also great to work with on our Family Trust and Preservation Trust. David explained the provisions very clearly and answered all of our questions. Both attorneys are extremely knowledgeable about estate law in Ohio. My wife and I are very satisfied with their service.
I was pleasantly surprised at the level of competence, convenience, and professionalism I received. Questions were asked and answered. A final plan was developed for a final rest, and I will rest in peace when that day comes.
We were very satisfied with our Trust establishment experience. Both Lauren and David explained “why a trust”, what was required and what our options were as we went through the trust development process to satisfy all the legal requirements to protect our assets should one of us pass away. Additionally if we were to both pass at the same time, near the same time or years apart. We will certainly recommend your firm to others as the opportunity arises.
