I really appreciated them working with me and through the very unique problem I had when pursuing a lease buyout, but if they acted with the same customer-focused perspective on the beginning of June, the problem wouldn't have lingered for more than a month. Essentially, I tried the lease buyout the first week of June and was told the transaction couldn't complete because of the issue. When the dealer called me the last week of June, really not much had changed and now they said they can work around the problem.
