Came in to trade in my Kia Optima with Kia……they were sold out of the car I wanted to purchase. A Nissan representative from the Pre-Owned Selection welcomed me & my husband to check out the cars in stock and we feel in love with a Jeep Cherokee that was shy 600 miles. He made the process of negotiating & signing smooth & we left pretty quick compared to car’s I’ve purchased in the past.

My sales man was very nice and knowledgeable. I just don’t like to have to be negotiating too much. I was told one thing on the phone and when I arrived was told something else. I was told that you had rogues available and it turned out you didn’t.
