"Al, the sales person was incredible and so was Bill..." Al, the sales person was incredible and so was Bill Peters, the General Manager. The approval and financial process was extremely long and painful. Better transparency needed between Finance and the customer. There were communications issues that were not properly dealt regarding the car price. You need to update the employee list and I suggest you add the names and department of the Managers. Coffee station was awesome!.
