Everything is ok, the service from Santiago, he is excellent, nice, gentle, , the service of the amenities is great! The mechanic is good, the diagnosis etc, the only thing that I never expect is the time the service takes three hours for the oil change and rotation is was to long!

Santiago service writer is excellent at what he does. He’s goes beyond and provides such excellent service. As well as Rudy who provides an excellent environment of laughter but a great service writer as well. Both of these gentleman deserve a boost of recognition.
