"The sales process was fine but the Closing process with..." The sales process was fine but the Closing process with the F&I rep was very unpleasant and ill-prepared. I reminded him I was on a limited amount of time to have the docs prepared when I came to pick it up the next day nothing had been done and the poor guy they set me up with took all the heat(JP) nice guy but not informed of my deal from the previous evening... The docs were not even ready for my approval!
