"Trade In for new 2020 model" David Lopez was attentive, polite a gentlemen. I did need to bring the car back on the 18th because I got a warning of low pressure on the back left hand side tire even though I had already put air in all 4 tires on Sunday which I believe would not have happened if they had truly serviced the car when I first took possession on the 13th.
