The service was amazing. We were able to get the new car and trade the old with even though we didn’t have the old car physically with us. They gave us the chance to get the old car after we bought the new one and used the old car trade money as a down payment for the new car.

Finally our issue was resolved! It took a few trials, but they fixed the leak in my new Rogue. I definitely appreciated having a loaner each time my SUV was in the shop.
