This was my first time at this service department. I made an appointment for 7:30 am on a Saturday and wash shocked to see a line from the service department area that stretched out to the street. The service team members worked quickly to get all the customer's cars into the area and written up. Mr. Green was my service adviser and he listed me regarding my concerns for my 2016 Nissan Altima. I go to the same service everytime I go because he's informative and get me the best rates possible . His customer service is Awesome.
I had a 9am appt. Arrived on time but didn't leave there till after 11am. I got an oil change, AC and air filter changed.
Upon my arrival someone talk to me and take right away, I didn't have to wait. The employees were friendly , the one who take of me we laugh a lot , everything was excellent. Thank you again. Many blessing.
They new exactly what I needed. Car was waiting for me when i got there. The customer service at this particular location way surpassed anything I've seen. This is my 4th Nissan and I will never go anywhere but Coral Springs Nissan.
