The appraisal process went pretty quick. We were actually able to view a car like we built prior to coming and minus a few minor features, Coral Springs had the car we wanted. Also, we were able to get the deal we wanted without hiccups. Overall experience we felt worked for us.

The service center needs to get more responsive to customers. It seems fridays they get very lazy . Two times in ladt two times i needed a manager and yes was mad due to service from client reps. Of course i may be wrong as i am the customer

The Service adviser Hossein Ghani-Banki was very good. Listened respectively to all my service concerns. When I picked up the car he took time to review what was completed and why some of the things could not. It is Enterprise Fleet car.
