I had a good experience with the sale representative Hanni, he was excellent, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient.
I was good and Suliman the sale associate really helped me and he was patient.
Someone greeted me upon arrival and asked why I was there. They had be drive into service area and wait for a service writer. It did not appear to be busy so I think the wait was just a little excessive. The service writer was extremely pleasant snd professional. Her name was Ashtine. She said it would take 2 hours snd she would be glad to text me when it was ready. She was on the nose and did text me.
