Fraudulent billing and Extortion! I spent a few hours with an attorney and prepaid for those services. It was one simple document. When the document was complete the attorney I was working with left the firm. However, when I received my bill it was over charged by 913.50 for hours of work that did not happen after I had already received my document. This is fraudulent billing. Such a great company! They are very thorough and informative. They helped my husband (and I) get custody of his child that was struggling living with mom. They were thoughtful in our situation and helped navigate the legal processes and what's next. I can't think of anything for the company to work on doing better at the moment. They are my go to lawyers! 💕🥰
Marty Olsen is unethical and did not apply fixed expenses minus gross when awarding child support. This is against the Utah legislature. I worked with my ex and both her and Mr. Olsen said they would work to make it fair. How is this fair. You are deceiving and untrustworthy!
