Exam was rushed and my daughter said the young lady who swabbed her made her uncomfortable and hurt her throat even more from rushing to take a swap. The PA didn’t really ask any relevant questions to access why my daughter was experiencing a sore throat nor did he give us good advice on what to do next. The receptionist was nice but I’ll never return to this clinic. They rushed our visit because we came in around 45 minutes from closing.

Had an insect bite that I thought could be a tick bite. Wanted to check it out. The PA said since the bite was about 10 days old they couldn’t do the recommended treatment for tick bites. She gave me an RX for some ointment.
