Excellent customer service from start to finish, clean and updated facility, thorough care but extremely slow. This from someone who has worked in urgent care. I was hoping that a Beaumont facility would be more efficient in getting patients in and out in a timely manner with appointments. Hence the reason I chose this urgent care out of a 1/2 dozen others in the area. I would definitely return, I appreciate the thorough care over rushed care to make the numbers.
