Absolutely useless. Not even one question about all the symptoms I mentioned
They misdiagnosed him and temperature reading was wrong. Luckily, I went with my instincts and took him to the pediatrics for better care. As far as their customer service, everyone was nice. I would rate the care 0 and customer service 5.
The staff was very friendly, But as far as the service provided by the PA was very stand offish, I came in with a chief complaint of covid test and possible strep throat. I was swab and waited 20plus min for the results to state negative for the strep throat, the Pa then come in and say Hi your test was negative let me take a look. Even though I had an appointment, I waited for 2 1/2 hours while new people were served before me
The wait time was crazy long, my apt was at 4:30pm and I didn’t see a dr until about 6pm. After waiting so long I only saw the dr for about 5min, which she seemed to rush through rather than listen and check my situation thoroughly.
He did not Check the issue at all he just prescribed meds and sent me away.
I went in for a rash and with very little examination said I needed to go to the emergency room for monkey pots test. After waiting for a hour past my appointment time to be seen. The rash was poison Ivy rash and didn’t even look similar to monkey pots photos that I seen
The wait was two hours for a 10:45 appt. But once I was seen by the RN NP- Ciara she was able to get me out quickly.
I waited for an hour & a half to be called to the back. People that arrived after me went ahead of me. Once I got called to the back, I had to wait another 45 minutes just to get my vitals taken. The nurses got annoyed when I asked how much longer it would be, they were short and a little rude. Even though the nurse practitioner was very friendly, I will never be returning to this particular location. I was better off going to the hospital. Worst experience ever.
