Staff was excellent from the receptionist Bianca that took my call when I called in to take all my information as soon as I walked in the door. The medical assistant Nicole was super friendly very cordial, professional and made sure all my needs were addressed.

This was my first time needing urgent care in a very long time. My experience was very pleasant, the receptionist greeted me with kindness and patience, and when you do not feel good that is soooo important. The medical assistant was very kind and thoughtful. The doctor was kind, knowledgeable and found the issue quickly. Prescribed medication and was on my way. All under 40 minutes. Bravo - this team was amazing and took care of me quickly and efficiently, thank you!

Nurse not very friendly. I told him blood pressure sleeve was so tight causing pain the he had to redo it and I think my fingers were turning blue. Doc was ok…. Being the only ones in there would have been nice to be a little more personalized
