Everyone was pleasant. Once the MA swabbed me for Covid test it took about 35 minutes for the PA to come in to talk to me. She did however apologize for me waiting so long.
Somewhat quick in and out. Waiting room had too much sun shining in and my seat was making me sweat. I was out by 11am and told they would call me with the covid results if it were positive after 2 hrs... I never received a call or text. I received an Email from MyChart telling me of test results and that is how I was informed I was positive for covid.
The service is always great, quick and easy!!! We appreciate the ease of having a great urgent care and urgent care staff when we can't get into our doctors office.
