Came in for a severe ezceme flair up on a holiday. Staff was friendly and efficient and recommended one of the only pharmacies open at the time for my script.

The nurse practitioner was great. She listened, and discussed my symptoms and further treatment when following up with pcp. The front desk staff does not understand how insurance works. I was asked to pay a copay when I have had my out of pocket max paid for 2 months. When asked if they could bill this, I was told that it would be done as a courtesy they could bill one time. Went there because my throat and ears hurt they did a strep test and mini test both negative and sent me home without any help or insight about what was wrong with me

I was told the wait time would be about a hour, my time slot was scheduled for 11:55. We were not seen until almost 1:00. Once we got into the room it was dirty, the exam table has clearly not been wiped off on the sides or the tops of the drawers in quite some time. The foot stool part was extremely dirty. I had my 7 year old and a toddler that likes to touch everything. The biohazard bin was really dirty on top too. You can just tell the rooms are not cleaned very often. Nurse was great but the doctor had no idea why I was even there. Came in check my lungs and almost left. I had to mention I was there for a sinus infection and ask her to look in my nose. After a more than 90 minute wait. She wanted to disregard my needs. And just told me to be patient.
I was there from 12pm to 11pm and still didn’t see a doctor I left was tired waiting worst visit in my life
Being on time we go there at 5:00 pm and didn’t leave until 9:00 pm terrible.
