The lady working Angela M Chaplow RN NP-C was great, I came in with a small cut on my shin but I thought it was getting infected. I explained that I had Sepsis shock a year ago and my nerves were through the roof over this cut. I felt totally at ease and confident that I was gonna be ok before I left.

The staff here are always extremely helpful. My wait was a little long (overall visit took 2.5 hours, with x-rays), but it wouldn’t stop me from coming back to this urgent care.
Came in for a severe ezceme flair up on a holiday. Staff was friendly and efficient and recommended one of the only pharmacies open at the time for my script.

I feel that I should get discharge papers at the end of the visit the doctor didn’t even check me out or ask to see the photo I had sent for X-rays said nothing wrong get a single paper and it’s not even read by a xray tech 😬 then told have a good day no one even did a single thing besides 3 photos and handed me a paper and said have a good day. They don’t even knock on the door to come in.

The nurse practitioner was great. She listened, and discussed my symptoms and further treatment when following up with pcp. The front desk staff does not understand how insurance works. I was asked to pay a copay when I have had my out of pocket max paid for 2 months. When asked if they could bill this, I was told that it would be done as a courtesy they could bill one time. Went there because my throat and ears hurt they did a strep test and mini test both negative and sent me home without any help or insight about what was wrong with me

I was told the wait time would be about a hour, my time slot was scheduled for 11:55. We were not seen until almost 1:00. Once we got into the room it was dirty, the exam table has clearly not been wiped off on the sides or the tops of the drawers in quite some time. The foot stool part was extremely dirty. I had my 7 year old and a toddler that likes to touch everything. The biohazard bin was really dirty on top too. You can just tell the rooms are not cleaned very often.
