Very professional staff. I was brought right in for stitches for a cut hand. I was very pleased with the care I received.

Everything was great. The only complaint would be the initial lady that called my daughter back to our room and did my daughter’s stats. She was extremely rude and dismissive. The good thing is, we didn’t have to deal with her once she left the room. The PA that saw my daughter was professional and kind.

I came in just before closing in need of stitches. They got me right in. The CSA medical attendant(I forgot her name) was gentle when cleaning the wound and friendly. When the NP Nadia Hanna came in, she made sure I was comfortable every step of the way as she stitched me up. Nadia invited me back to get the stitches removed and showed care telling me the days she’s in, and that she likes to see how her patients progress.
