I know with what is going on at this time,all had to be conducted by phone,and computer. I would have liked to see a video, someone role playing about the Lending/mortgage process what to expect.

Overall it was a wonderful experience. Corey was very kind, patient and made the whole process much easier than anticipated. We didn't need to submit the same paperwork 100 times as we've heard some of our friends say of other companies.
