We had a very good experience with Van Dyk Mortgage. Corey did a fantastic job of communicating and explaining the processes. He was easy to talk to and accessible after hours. He often wrote pre-approval letters for offers on the weekends and worked closely with our realtor. We liked that we could upload and email forms and do everything through their portal.
