Corey was very helpful, especially at the beginning when we weren’t quite sure with some of the terminology and had questions of exactly what the company wanted. Later he was also working with other clients and it took a little longer, BUT he would contact us to see if we needs any help.
Corey actually stopped my husband and I from going ahead with a Debt Relief program. I gave him the opportunity and he talked to me and offered us an option that has never been offered or heard about and also explained how it would work. He understood when I told him that I had retired in March and we needed to get our debt paid off with a lower monthly payment so we would be able to enjoy our retirement and not have the other worries of being on the limited income with the debt. Tell how "we" did? No,it was only Corey who did it all for me. I'm tech challenged but Corey was there to get it done for me. He was very patient and was always there with an answer to help me with the application process.

At first I was suspect because how easy it was . But all and all it was super easy , I don’t recommend doing the process over a cell phone that did complicate things
