I had a good experience but I would like Atlantic Bay Mortgage to have a list of things a new house buyer should expect to provide so it doesn't take them by surprise. Because this was my first time the process was overwhelmed by the process.

Your closing costs are way too high for refinances. Trying to get closing scheduled was frustrating.
