We had a wonderful experience refinancing our home with Corissa. Anytime I had a question, Corissa responded immediately. If I missed a document, I was informed asap. We did the entire process online, at home, except the final title process. When it came time for a notary to come to us, so we could sign all our documents, we were out of state. So Corissa arranged for a local notary to come to us- 3 days later, on the 4th of July holiday weekend, we were signing final documents in Alabama!
