These guys are the best, they put in the work up front (even months in advance) to make sure you won't have any surprises after your pre-approval. I am the owner of a small business, sometimes my record keeping isn't the best, and I have multiple other properties that needed accounted for. The Cornerstone Team was great. I am self employed and was expecting some bumps along the way in getting my loan. But they came through for me in every way, with no bumps at all. They got me approved for a great loan, even with a tight closing schedule. And every conversation was a joy. I can't say enough good things about them. I actually switched lenders even though it was going to mean a higher interest rate since rates had gone up since I started the process. Esther Spence-Crabb did more to help me before I even chose to move my loan to her than my initial lender had in more than two months. She kept me from having to spend money on legal fees that the other guy had said were necessary before he could move further. In a week she had everything needed and submitted to VA.
